 BIRMINGHAM – In a recent announcement, the Lake Martin Area Association of Realtors® named Rhonda Gaskins of RealtySouth its Realtor® of the Year. Gaskins, a sales associate in RealtySouth’s Lake Martin Branch, has been a Realtor® since 2003. She received her broker’s license in 2008 and has won numerous sales achievement and leadership awards during her nine-year career. In addition to having held offices as Treasurer, Secretary and Vice-President of the Lake Martin Area Association of Realtors®, she has also served on the Alexander City Area Salvation Army Advisory Board, the Junior Leadership Lake Martin Board and the Alexander City Arts Council Board. “I am proud to work with Rhonda and to be her broker. I can personally attest to how valuable she is to our Lake Martin RealtySouth team and our profession as a whole,” said Managing Broker Shelby Pitts. “She is a hard worker, is well-respected and always willing to share her expertise and extensive knowledge with her peers.
